Portable EKG Machines : Conduct ECG Tests Anywhere, Anytime

An electrocardiogram (ECG or EKG) is a test which measures the electrical activity of your heart to show whether or not it is working normally. An ECG shows the heart's electrical activity as line tracings on paper. The spikes and dips in the tracings camera are called waves. An ECG is done to find the cause of unexplained chest pain or pressure, check the heart's electrical activity, find the cause of symptoms of heart disease and to detect all other serious heart issues.

With the advent of portable EKG machines, it has become much easier to conduct this test on patients anywhere, anytime. One of the best examples of this portable machines is CardioResting ECG. It is the first complete and full featured 12 lead PC cardiology system and is portable, durable, reliable and easy to learn.

The ambulatory ECG is another compact, comprehensive and feature-rich monitoring system that can be easily installed in a ambulance. Furthermore, many new ECG systems are now available such as a Mobile ECG equipment that is equipped with features such as PC based Bluetooth, impedance monitoring and triggering support and much more.

With this contribution of technological advancements, serving patients, worldwide, has become much easier and this helps in quickly conducting the tests for a quicker treatment.
